We Gulf Engineering, started in the year 2012, at Nachiyapuram in a small hamlet near Karaikudi was with the basic intention to create employment at rural places, where we have born. It is our simple tribute to the society that has given us everything. Taking the advantage of light commercial vehicles boom in the automobile Industry, we commenced our operations of vehicle body building for TATA ACE, Mahindra & Ashok Leyland vehicles. With a humble beginning at a small rented workshop, we moved into our own Industrial shed with commercial complex and catered for hundreds of valued customers in and around Sivagangai, Pudukottai&Ramanathapuram district.
Subsequently with the growth, we entered school & college buses refurbishment business. We acquired two acres of land and developed a government bus depot like facility with washing, painting and full servicing facilities. Subsequent to economic slowdown, we had scaled down the operations though our facilities remained intact.
Considering the prevailing crisis in the supply of medicinal equipment’s, in particular oxygen generators, we with the intention of serving the nation as well as an opportunity to revive our operations, we have immediately started designing & manufacturing of Oxygen Generators. With over a decade and above of International exposure to specialized global vendors in the Oil & Gas sector and with rich working experience with International Engineering firms like Worley Parsons &Penspen like organization has helped us in quickly identifying the requirement & design to cater the demand of the oxygen market. Our robust supply chain arrangement shall ensure timely availability of the equipment’s to serve the nation & public. Our designs are unique and shall cater the critical supply chain to the Indian & International health care system with International standards.
We strongly believe that our Models M100E & Model 30E are specifically designed to cater a particular target market segment for which we will be uncompetitive in terms of quality, technology, design standards & features. Model M100ES is designed specifically for hospitals of 50-100 beds with two trains, one working & another standby. And in case of emergency, we can operate both trains to double up the production, to meet unprecedented demand arising out of unforeseen events. The design allows for non-stopproduction even during maintenance schedules. The unit is such a way designed that any particular equipment can be isolated and taken for maintenance without disruption of production.
Model M30E is medicinal oxygen generator designed for commercial vendors supplying oxygen cylinders. The unit can be mounted on Light Commercial vehicles, transported & supply oxygen as mobile units. This shall cater the requirements of public even after pandemic as oxygen shall be a critical requirement to cleanse the human body.
Our Integrating, testing, commissioning & maintenance team are mainly from Oil & Gas background professionals with Middle Eastexposure that establishes our quality in manufacturing & after sales service. We shall provide a strong service after sales and shall offer annual maintenance service along with our sales proposal. The system is designed to have minimal human interface & we shall offer to train the buyer crew, as required.

Gulf Engineering is a group of young and vibrant seafarers who have worked on various ascending ranks and after reaching pinnacle of their onboard career have shifted ashore. Having worked with crew of various nationalities, we can now tackle varying mindsets with conviction and lead them to common end. It is after a respectable stint on board that we felt the need to bring some harmony into the chaotic environ of crew management.
During our onboard stint into various ranks and with different employers/companies, we observed that the demands for quality seafarers are increasing nowadays. Although the companies are willing to spend mega bucks on their development and growth, they are still unable to meet the expectations of the seafarers.
